I have worked in Satellite communications, computers and design for many years, but am now returned to school to pursue an early love of marine sciences. I am most intrigued by extreme habitats and the adaptations of the creatures that inhabit them, inverts (especially cephalopods and crustaceans), marine conservation and science communications (photography, video and animation to spread scientific knowledge to the general public and especially to children).
I enjoy photography, video production and animation a great deal, while not a pro I believe I am pretty skilled in those fields, and hope to use them in my future science pursuits. My photography is available at flickr.
